How to pay for your Umsiyeti booking with Bankily or Masrvi

Paying in the app is simple, but one step causes most errors: the amount you enter in Bankily must be exactly the amount shown in Umsiyeti.

Paying with Bankily (B-PAY)

• Choose Bankily at checkout and copy the merchant code shown.
• Open the Bankily app and choose B-PAY.
• Paste the merchant code, copy the total amount from Umsiyeti and enter it as shown, fees included, then confirm.
• Bankily gives you a 4-digit code.
• Go back to Umsiyeti and enter that code with the phone number you used to pay.

Example: if the app shows 15020 MRU, enter 15020, not 15000.

Paying with Masrvi

• Choose Masrvi at checkout.
• Masrvi's secure payment page opens.
• Confirm with your phone number, your secret code and the code you receive by SMS.
• Your booking is confirmed automatically after payment.

If you see an error message

• Withdrawal details do not match: generate a new B-PAY code for the exact amount shown, then enter it.
• PIN not changed: change your PIN in the Bankily app first, then try again.
• Mobile number not registered: enter the number linked to your Bankily account.
